Paid Time Off (PTO), after 90days Build a Career in Commercial Roofing We are hiring a dependable Commercial Roofing Service Technician Helper to support our service team throughout the greater five boroughs area. This position includes driving a company vehicle to job sites, assisting technicians with commercial roof repairs, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. What you'll Do Assist the Service Foreman with various project tasks and repair work. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot leaks efficiently. Interface with clients professionally, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service. Drive a company vehicle to transport tools, materials, and yourself to job sites. Support hands-on project work across multiple projects daily, ensuring high standards and timely completion. Learn to read and understand work orders, manufacturer warranties, and project specifications. Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, fall protection, and other necessary precautions. Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent (REQUIRED). 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle). Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturer warranties, and technical specifications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. A valid driver s license and a clean driving record. Ability to travel locally when required
