Roofer

• Experienced and Detail-Oriented We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roofer to join our team in Akron.

As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a variety of materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and rubber to ensure that roofs are sturdy, weatherproof, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs for damage or wear and recommend repairs or replacements as needed
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas of a roof
• Install or repair flashing around vents, chimneys, and other roof openings
• Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
• Use various tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and nail guns to complete roofing projects
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times while working on roofs
• Communicate with clients to explain the scope of work and provide updates on progress
• Keep detailed records of materials used, hours worked, and any other relevant information

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and installations
• Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Salary:

$900 per month (with accommodation)

Akron (Preference for male candidates)
