Duties:

Collaborate with a team to meet daily goals and deadlines Work outdoors daily in residential environments Prepare and maintain job sites to ensure smooth workflow Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Operate hand tools and power tools, safely and efficiently

Experience:

Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools are preferred Previous experience in manual labor or outdoor work (landscaping, construction, roofing, moving, etc.) Ability to handle physically demanding work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with safety awareness Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
