We're looking for someone who knows roofing, knows how to lead people, and takes pride in quality work. What you'll do: Lead and coordinate shingle roofing crews Manage daily production and job schedules Inspect jobs for quality and proper installation Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries Enforce safety and fall-protection standards Communicate with customers and resolve field issues Develop foremen and hold crews accountable Make sure every completed roof meets Globe Iron standards What we're looking for: Strong shingle/steep-slope roofing experience Previous crew leadership or superintendent experience Knowledge of flashing, ventilation, underlayment's, valleys, and roofing details Strong communication and problem-solving skills Someone who isn't afraid to get on a roof and lead from the field Experience with slate, tile, cedar, or standing-seam metal is a plus.
