Job Summary Roof Management & Consulting Services Inc. a union company is looking to hire an entry level applicant interested in the Commerical Roofing trade. We service building owners in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Some experience is ideal but not required, as on-the-job training is provided. All candidates must be willing to join the union as we are members of United Union of Roofers & Waterproofers Local 44. Duties

• Manual labor repairing and installing flat roof systems
• Be able to climb ladders safely
• Comfortably and safely work on flat roof systems
• Unload materials from truck and load materials onto roof via ladder or crane
• Clean debris from roof
• Clean out gutters and drains
• Unroll and adhere roofing material
• Read a tape measure
• Work with various hand and power tools when needed Requirements
• Must be 18yrs or older
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Attendance
• Capable of bending over, kneeling and standing for extended periods
• Working in a wide variety of weather conditions and meet the physical demands of position, including mobility needed to complete tasks
• Ability to lift 60+lbs

Hours:

40 per week (weather permitting & also opportunity for OT)
