Job Summary TrueBasement Solutions is looking for a dependable construction laborer to help with residential basement waterproofing, drainage and foundation projects throughout Central Ohio. We're a small, growing company looking for someone who has construction experience, knows how to use tools and isn't afraid of physical work. Experience with waterproofing or drainage is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with a solid construction background. This is a part-time, project-based position. Hours will vary depending on our workload, weather and project schedules, with opportunities for additional work as we grow. What You'll Do Install buried downspouts and underground drainage systems. Dig trenches, excavate and move dirt and gravel. Assist with interior and exterior basement waterproofing. Assist with sump pump installations and foundation repairs. Perform general construction tasks, including drywall and other home repairs. Load, unload and transport tools and materials. Keep job sites clean, organized and safe. What We're Looking For Previous construction or general labor experience preferred. Experience with excavation, drainage, waterproofing, drywall or carpentry is a plus. Experience with drywall, carpentry or general home repairs is helpful. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and construction equipment. Able to perform physical labor, lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Central Ohio. Dependable, punctual and able to follow instructions. Able to work independently or as part of a small crew. Professional and respectful when working at customers' homes. Pay & Schedule Part-time, project-based work (expected 20-30+ hours) Weekday hours based on scheduled projects. Pay based on experience and skills.
