Lead Exterior Lighting Installer (Roofline Work Required) $1,500-$2,000+ Per Week | 10-99 | Full-Time | Canton, OH This is NOT an entry-level labor position. We are hiring an experienced exterior installer who is confident working on ladders and rooflines. If you have roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior construction experience, this will be a strong fit. We install permanent outdoor LED lighting systems on residential homes. This is production-based work with strong weekly earning potential.

Compensation (10-99 Position) $3.50 per installed foot Typical weekly production: 400-600 feet (700+ is likely when work is busy) Typical weekly earnings: $1,500+ High performers can exceed $2,000/week Paid weekly Year-round work This role rewards speed, precision, and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Installing permanent LED lighting systems on residential rooflines Working on ladders (20-28 ft) daily Measuring, cutting, mounting track, and wiring systems Accessing attics Ensuring clean, professional finish on every home Communicating with homeowners respectfully on-site app set up and demo Maintaining job site safety and cleanliness Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Don't Meet These) Minimum 1 year of exterior construction experience IN roofing, siding, gutters, framing, electrical, etc. Truck + ladder rack, ladders, and all hand tools Comfortable working at heights and on ladders daily Valid driver's license Able to lift 75+ lbs Strong work ethic and production mindset Attention to detail — clean installs matter Ideal Candidate Has worked in lighting or exterior trades Moves with urgency but maintains quality Wants performance-based pay Takes ownership of their work Reliable and shows up ready to perform Schedule Full-time Consistent weekly schedule Some seasonal weather considerations Why Join Us?
