This role suits someone with strong communication, a positive attitude, no fear of heights, and can work outdoors in all weather conditions. Full time position- 40 hours: Monday-Thursday 5:45am-4pm with possible overtime. The role will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining multiple types and sizes of gutters and related components to ensure optimal water management for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and secure materials such as metal roofing, siding, and single-ply membrane roofing. Safely operate ladders and construction safety harnesses while adhering to all construction workplace safety regulations. Install various gutter systems including different types and sizes Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient installation processes while maintaining safety protocol adherence. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation quality and compliance with technical specifications. Collaborate with team members and crew leader on every jobsite. Qualifications At least 2 years experience in gutters or exterior construction. Strong communication Positive attitude Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Familiarity with construction safety harnesses, ladder use, heavy lifting techniques, and OSHA or local construction safety regulations. Comfortable with heights and ladders Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment etc Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions is preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions from construction plans and crew leader and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Additional skills such as handyman experience, concrete forming knowledge, or remodeling expertise are advantageous. Must be 18 or older Must have a valid driver's license 2 years of relevant construction

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
