Roofing Production Manager Full-Time | Year-Round Position We are looking for an experienced and dependable Roofing Production Manager to oversee roofing projects from scheduling through completion. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands all aspects of residential and/or commercial roofing, can manage subcontractor crews in the field, and is comfortable taking responsibility for keeping jobs moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of roofing experience , strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, year-round position with work available through the winter . Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractor crews on job sites Ensure roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Schedule jobs and coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and other project needs Order and coordinate delivery of roofing materials Pick up and transport materials to job sites as needed Drive and operate dump trailers for hauling and job-site cleanup Inspect job sites and monitor production progress Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and office staff Take detailed job-site photos for project documentation Learn and utilize JobNimbus CRM for scheduling, project tracking, documentation, and communication Assist with estimating roofing projects and understanding project scopes Identify potential job-site issues and communicate solutions promptly Maintain accurate project documentation and keep jobs on schedule Perform quality-control inspections throughout the production process Help coordinate final cleanup and project completion Maintain a professional and organized presence on all job sites Qualifications 5+ years of roofing industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of all aspects of roofing, including tear-offs, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingles, metal roofing, and related roofing systems Previous experience supervising subcontractors or roofing crews Ability to read and understand roofing scopes of work Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable driving record Ability to safely tow and operate a dump trailer Ability to lift, carry, and handle roofing materials as needed Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer software Willingness to learn and become proficient with JobNimbus CRM Ability to take clear, detailed job-site photos Ability to travel between job sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with roofing estimating Experience using JobNimbus or another roofing CRM Experience managing subcontractor crews Drone experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with insurance restoration and/or storm-damage roofing Experience with residential and commercial roofing What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Work available through the winter Stable work with opportunities for continued growth Hands-on role with variety from day to day Opportunity to take ownership of roofing production and projects The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who knows roofing, takes pride in quality work, and can keep a project moving from start to finish .
