Siding Installer

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing vinyl siding and 1x trim on commercial structures Your expertise will help enhance curb appeal, improve energy efficiency, and ensure long-lasting durability for our clients' properties. Responsibilities Measure and prepare surfaces to ensure proper siding installation using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute siding projects. Install vinyl siding material and 1x "wood" trim. Use caulking and trim carpentry techniques to create seamless finishes and weather-tight seals. Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely on construction sites. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, schematics, and project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Assist with restoration or remodeling projects by integrating siding installation into broader construction efforts. Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate placement of siding components in accordance with project plans. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on siding installation or exterior finishing is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction blueprint reading enhances project accuracy. Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures on active job sites is essential. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, chisels, levels, saws; power tools including drills, nail guns, grinders; and fabrication equipment.
