Job Overview Industrial & Commercial Roofing Service Technician Cotterman & Company Inc. | Minster, Dayton, & Columbus, OH | Full-Time Cotterman & Company Inc., an employee-owned industrial and commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team. Position Overview The Service Technician is responsible for: Performing high-quality roofing repairs, inspections, and maintenance. Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service. Adhering to safety and quality standards in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities Roofing Repairs and Maintenance:

Perform roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections on various types of industrial and commercial roofs, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and more.

Customer Focus:

Interact professionally with clients to explain repairs and address questions or concerns.

Documentation:

Utilize company software to document work completed, including photos and written descriptions.

Safety and Quality:

Follow company safety protocols and conduct work to the highest standards of quality.

Equipment Management:

Maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.

Other Duties:

Support other company operations as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

Background in commercial roofing or a related field is preferred. Training is available for motivated candidates with construction experience.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using electronic devices for documentation and communication. Driver's License is

Proffered:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
