Seasoned Commercial Roofer - Temp-to-Hire Force Personnel is currently hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity working on a military base project. Are you an experienced roofer looking for steady work with the opportunity to transition into a long-term position? Force Personnel is looking for skilled commercial roofers who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail. Position Requirements

REAL ID REQUIRED

(Mandatory for military base access) Must have a clean criminal background (Required for base clearance) Previous commercial roofing experience required Experience with roof repairs, modified bitumen systems, and flashing preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Reliable transportation required Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team Pay & Employment Details Full-time hours Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance, attendance, and client needs Job Responsibilities Qualified candidates will perform commercial roof repair and installation work, including: Removing and replacing damaged roofing materials Installing polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation and cover board Installing ElastoFlex SA V Base Sheet and SA P Cap Sheet systems Applying PolyPlus 50 (PP50) sealant to seams, laps, and roof perimeters Completing pitch pan installation and waterproofing Performing curb flashing installation and repairs Installing termination bars and sealing fasteners Repairing roof penetrations and ensuring watertight systems Inspecting completed work for proper adhesion, sealing, and drainage Following all safety requirements and project specifications Ideal Candidate Experienced commercial roofer with strong attention to detail Knowledge of modified bitumen roofing applications Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Able to lift 50+ pounds Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
