Already have roofing experience? We want to talk to you. No roofing experience, but you know how to work hard, show up, and learn? We want to talk to you too. We are hiring both General Laborers who are interested in learning the roofing trade and Experienced Roofing Technicians who can bring their existing skills to our team. Starting pay ranges from $20-$30 per hour depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. What You'll Do Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Assist with commercial roofing installation, repairs, maintenance, and service work Tear off and remove existing roofing materials Load, unload, organize, and move roofing materials and equipment Prepare job sites and assist experienced technicians Use hand and power tools safely Identify and assist with roof leaks, damage, and other roofing issues Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements Work alongside the team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship Communicate problems or concerns before they become bigger issues Experienced technicians may take on additional responsibilities based on their skill level and roofing knowledge.

TPO EPDM PVC

Modified bitumen Built-up roofing Metal roofing Commercial roof repairs and leak investigation You don't need experience with every system to apply. Pay $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates new to roofing can start at the entry end of the range while learning the trade. Candidates with proven commercial roofing skills and experience may qualify for higher starting pay.
