Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofer / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, including metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing and single-ply membrane roofing, while supporting other construction activities on-site. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in roofing, siding installation, and general construction labor. Responsibilities Install and repair roofing systems such as metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing and single-ply membrane roofing according to project specifications and safety standards Assist with metal panel siding installation Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and assemble materials Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects accurately Support heavy lifting, material fabrication, as needed Follow all construction safety regulations including proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and fall protection equipment Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to strict safety protocol adherence at all times Skills Extensive construction experience with roofing repair and installation techniques Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and fabrication equipment Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including proper use of safety harnesses and fall protection gear Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or restoration projects Join our team to build quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
