In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems with precision and safety at the forefront. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, durability, and safety compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse roofing projects, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and roof restoration, while utilizing your extensive knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols. Duties Install a variety of roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing with accuracy and efficiency Conduct roof repairs and restoration projects by assessing damage, interpreting technical drawings, and executing precise repairs Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses to perform installations safely on rooftops of varying heights and complexities Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure proper alignment with project specifications Perform siding installation, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, and other exterior finishing tasks as required Follow all construction safety regulations including proper ladder use, harness safety procedures, and heavy lifting techniques to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and schematics for complex projects involving concrete forming or fabrication Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and materials efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or restoration with a strong understanding of roofing materials such as metal roofing and single-ply membranes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, ladders safely, and wearing construction safety harnesses Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including fall protection measures and ladder use protocols Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Experience with siding installation, stucco application, caulking techniques, masonry work, tile laying, framing carpentry or remodeling projects is highly desirable Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on heavy lifting and physical endurance Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and adherence to safety protocols during all phases of work Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to interpret technical instructions clearly Join our team if you're eager to apply your extensive construction experience in a fast-paced environment where safety is paramount.
