Tradesman Roofer:
Has residential roofing experience and can perform roofing work as part of a crew
Journeyman Roofer:
Highly experienced, self-managing, and able to complete roofing work correctly without constant direction At least 1 year of residential roofing experience Skilled in tear-off, preparation, installation, flashing, ventilation, and clean-up Able to work efficiently without sacrificing workmanship Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Humble, teachable, and able to work as part of a team Leadership experience or a desire to grow into leadership is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required Responsibilities Complete residential roofing work, including tear-off, preparation, installation, flashing, ventilation, and clean-up Follow Buzzline Roofing's installation and quality standards Follow all job-site safety requirements Work closely with the crew, Site Lead, and Project Manager Protect customers' homes and property throughout the project Maintain excellent attendance and arrive ready to work Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings Deliver professional workmanship and respectful customer service Benefits $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated performance Performance Pay that rewards quality, efficiency, and reliability Health insurance Dental insurance Paid vacation and sick time Roofing tools provided, with a program to earn ownership Ongoing training and professional development Full-time, year-round work Minimum Requirements Zero tolerance for alcohol abuse, marijuana, and illicit drug use At least 18 years old At least 1 year of residential roofing experience Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Legally eligible to work in the United States with verifiable documentation Able to climb ladders and work safely on steep and high roofs Able to bend, kneel, and regularly lift 50+ pounds Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions About Buzzline Roofing Buzzline Roofing is an established residential roofing company serving Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities.
