Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in construction and restoration, with hands-on experience in various trades. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively on-site. The Technician will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks related to construction and restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Execute cabinet removal, repair, installation, and carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various projects. Read basic blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Work with mitigation and insurance partners to mitigate water damage and provide cabinet remediation activities. Carry out heavy lifting as necessary during installations and restorations. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements A valid OR or WA drivers license is a MUST! Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is highly desirable. Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, is a plus. Ability to interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites is essential. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients; including a professional appearance. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project execution.
