Position Summary Garza Construction, Inc. is hiring an experienced Siding Installer and Roofer for residential, multifamily, and commercial exterior projects. The ideal candidate works safely, efficiently, and independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install and remove fiber-cement, wood, T1-11, and lap siding.
• Install exterior trim, flashing, weather-resistant barriers, and rain-screen systems.
• Repair siding and replace damaged or deteriorated sheathing.
• Install and remove asphalt-shingle and low-slope roofing systems.
• Install underlayment, flashing, pipe boots, vents, and related roofing components.
• Repair water-damaged or rotted framing.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, power tools, and fall-protection equipment safely.
• Follow project specifications and direction from the project manager or crew lead.
• Communicate material needs and jobsite conditions clearly.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading, unloading, demolition, and debris removal. Qualifications
• Previous siding and roofing installation experience required.
• Experience installing James Hardie or similar fiber-cement siding preferred.
• Knowledge of flashing, moisture management, and weatherproofing practices.
• Basic exterior carpentry and repair skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a crew.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Personal hand tools preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills helpful but not required. Schedule
• Monday through Friday.
• Approximately eight-hour shifts.
• Occasional overtime may be available.
