Overview Join our dynamic roofing team as a Roofer Laborer and become an essential part of delivering high-quality roofing solutions! In this role, you'll assist skilled roofers in installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems, ensuring safety and efficiency on every project. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience, develop valuable skills, and contribute to building durable, weather-resistant structures. Whether working on residential or commercial sites, you'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing. Handle hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install roofing materials according to project specifications. Support the setup and securement of scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses in compliance with construction safety regulations. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, siding components, and concrete forms while maintaining proper lifting techniques. Follow all safety protocols diligently, including the use of fall protection equipment like safety harnesses and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of construction plans and site layouts by interpreting technical drawings and schematics for accurate installation. Experience No experience needed. $20.99 - $32.99 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
