In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems on commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the durability, safety, and energy efficiency of our clients' structures. Responsibilities Install and repair various roofing systems, including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and other commercial roof types Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute roofing plans Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install roofing materials Conduct roof inspections to identify damage or potential issues and perform necessary repairs or restoration work Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and scaffolding Assist with siding installation, stucco application, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, and other related tasks as needed Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair projects while following all construction workplace safety regulations Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation and repair within a commercial setting Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Familiarity with various roofing materials such as metal panels, single-ply membranes, and tile systems Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders safely and effectively Understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations Experience with siding installation, stucco work, drywall finishing, masonry, framing carpentry or remodeling is a plus Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with physical stamina for heavy lifting and strenuous activity Join us to build safer roofs that stand the test of time!
