As a skilled craftsman, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and door hanging. Execute plumbing and electrical work as needed throughout projects. Execute roofing, siding, and exterior renovation projects with precision and craftsmanship. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and glass as part of remodeling efforts. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for specific tasks on the job site. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in construction management and estimating techniques is a plus Strong background in construction site experience with an understanding of safety.
