Keystone Basement Systems is hiring Construction Installers to join our growing basement waterproofing and foundation repair crews. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work, have basic knowledge of hand and power tools , and are ready to learn a skilled trade. Previous construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, understands basic tools, and wants to develop their skills. Pay & Benefits $18/hour starting pay 40+ hours per week Overtime opportunities Full-time, year-round employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Paid on-the-job training Company-provided tools and equipment Opportunities for advancement and increased earning potential What You'll Do Work as part of a crew installing basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems Safely use basic hand and power tools Learn and operate job-specific tools and equipment Load and unload materials and equipment Perform physical work throughout the day Work in basements, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Help prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites Follow company safety procedures and installation standards Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress What We're Looking For Basic knowledge and experience using hand and power tools Previous construction, remodeling, home improvement, or skilled-trade experience is a plus Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday Able to lift, carry, stand, kneel, bend, and work in varying environments Willingness to learn and take direction Works well as part of a team Takes pride in doing quality work Reliable transportation
