Starting Pay:

Minimum of 1 year of documented, hands-on experience in seamless gutter installation. Experience must be verifiable through employment history and references.
Physical Capabilities:
Comfortable working at heights, including high ladders, lifts, staging, and scaffolding in varying weather conditions.
Licensure:
Valid Driver's License and reliable daily transportation to our facility in New Ringgold, PA.
Accountability:
Proven track record of punctuality, professional conduct, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Precision Installation:
Perform customized, on-site installations of seamless aluminum gutter systems, downspouts, fascia, soffit, and snow retention systems.
Operational Excellence:
Operate and maintain specialized field equipment, including on-site gutter extrusion machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Partner with Crew Leads to execute projects safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications.
