Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crews on commercial roofing projects Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency Coordinate job site activities, materials, and project timelines Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and workmanship

Qualifications:

5+ years of low-slope roofing experience Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR systems Proven leadership skills and ability to manage field teams Valid driver's license (access to military bases is a plus) Must be eligible for E-Verify Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Compensation (pay is determined by skill level and experience):

Foremen:

$30-$35/hr (based on experience)

Experienced Roofers:
