Job Overview Zawada enterprises is seeking skilled Carpenters and Metal Roofers to join our growing construction team. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects, from residential pole buildings to large-scale commercial builds. . Duties Install and repair metal roofing Set poles and framing Install trim and metal siding Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, fastening, and fabrication tasks Follow construction safety harnesses, ladder use procedures, and adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations Skills Construction experience with a focus on metal roofing, framing, and metal siding Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills; power tools including nail guns and grinders; fabrication equipment; and heavy machinery when needed Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety at all times Familiarity with construction safety harnesses, ladder use techniques, heavy lifting practices, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations Experience with roofing materials such as metal roofing systems—including standing seam Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship!
