Overview We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Contractor to join our dynamic construction team. As a Contractor, you will play a vital part in executing construction tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Duties Execute construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, and finishing work with precision and efficiency Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete project requirements Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans Conduct inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with safety protocols and project specifications Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, glass panels, and trim carpentry components Perform concrete finishing, stucco application, caulking, and other surface treatments to achieve desired aesthetics Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards Requirements Proven experience in construction management, site supervision or skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry or roofing Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution Familiarity with construction estimating processes and materials procurement Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Hands-on experience with various construction techniques including concrete forming, plastering, fabrication, tile laying and restoration work Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work, plumbing, welding, and general site safety practices Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools; experience with Bluebeam software is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs Join us as a Contractor and bring your expertise to life!
