Position Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable, and motivated Radon Mitigation Technician to join our field team. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial radon mitigation systems. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being on the move—this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Install sub-slab and crawlspace radon mitigation systems in accordance with EPA and state guidelines Perform diagnostic testing and system airflow assessments Seal cracks, sump pits, and other entry points to optimize system performance Operate tools and equipment including drills, saws, ladders, and vacuums Communicate with clients on-site, explaining system functions and maintenance Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle Keep accurate records and submit documentation and photos of completed work Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful installs
Requirements:
Basic construction or HVAC experience preferred (we'll train the right candidate!) Comfortable using power tools and working on ladders Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawlspaces, basements, and attics Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the company

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
