The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and general exterior home improvements. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and can work independently or as part of a crew. Someone who is also kind hearted and respect, who can take direction if needed. Responsibilities Install and repair asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems. Install vinyl, fiber cement, and other siding materials. Install and repair gutters, fascia, soffit, and exterior trim. Install replacement windows and exterior doors. Perform exterior repairs and general construction as needed. Maintain a clean and safe worksite. Complete projects efficiently while meeting quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling. Ability to read a tape measure and use common construction tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Own basic hand tools required for the trade. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Osha 10 certified, if Osha 30 is applied a greater pay will be offered. Preferred Ability to operate ladders and roofing equipment safely. Ability to operate heavy machinery Basic hand tools We Offer Consistent work throughout the season.
