piping systems Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Water systems HVAC system repair Industrial maintenance Technical troubleshooting support Manufacturing Piping system maintenance Quality data entry Full Job Description Maintain and monitor all process and building equipment at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Must have proven experience in industrial piping/mechanical, HVAC, and chill water systems, showing a strong mechanical aptitude. Requires strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills in mechanical and electrical equipment failures to maintain operations.
DUTIES:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, agitators, compressors, piping systems, and process equipment. Assist with basic instrumentation troubleshooting such as sensors, switches, and control devices. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in the CMMS system. Participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Required :
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of manufacturing experience Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Desired:
Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments Technical certification or associate degree in a related field Experience with SAP preferred.
Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour
