Responsibilities Assist with the setup, cleanup, and organization of construction sites to maintain safety and efficiency. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like framing, drywall installation. Help with the installation of fixtures, cabinetry, doors, flooring, and other building components. Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors. Support demolition, restoration, or remodeling activities as needed across various project phases. Skills Basic knowledge of construction tools including hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and caulking guns. Experience with construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards. Knowledge of specific trade skills such as carpentry (frame, trim, roofing), masonry, concrete finishing, and tile would be a plus. Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques.
