• . At Spann Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., our services cover a wide variety of roofing systems, both flat and sloped, including:
• Built-up roofing (cold and torch-applied assemblies)
• Coatings

• EPDM/TPO/PVC

  membranes
• Metal roofing and flashings
• Shingles

• Tile Responsibilities:

  As a Roofer/Helper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations
• Installing and maintaining various types of roofs, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
• Measuring and cutting roofing materials to fit specific areas
• Installing flashing, vents, and other roof components
• Ensuring roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
• Following safety protocols and utilizing appropriate safety equipment while working at heights

Our Requirements:

• Previous experience in roofing or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in roofing installations and repairs
