Roofing USA is growing, and we're looking for experienced commercial roofing professionals to join our Service Division as Commercial Roof Service Foremen / Lead Service Technician. This is not an entry-level roofing position. We're looking for experienced technicians who can diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate with clients, lead a two-person service crew, and take ownership of their work from the time they receive a service ticket until the job is complete. If you're the person other people call when they can't figure out a leak, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Lead Service Technician / Service Foreman, you will: Diagnose commercial roof leaks and other roofing problems Perform high-quality commercial roof repairs and maintenance Lead and work alongside a service helper/technician Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Communicate findings and recommendations clearly Document roof conditions, repairs, materials, and completed work using photos and our technology platform Maintain your assigned service vehicle, tools, materials, and equipment Represent Roofing USA professionally at client facilities Take responsibility for getting the job done correctly

ROOFING EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

Experience with commercial roofing systems including:

TPO PVC EPDM

Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing Metal Roofing Roof Coatings Flashings and penetrations Leak investigation and troubleshooting Preventive maintenance and commercial roof repairs

The right person for this position: Has meaningful commercial roofing experience Can independently troubleshoot and diagnose roof leaks Takes pride in quality workmanship Shows up reliably and on time Can lead a helper or small crew Communicates well with clients and coworkers Can work independently without constant supervision Takes ownership and finishes what they start Works safely and professionally Is comfortable using a smartphone/tablet to document work Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Wants to grow with a professional commercial roofing organization
