About the Role Charleston Roofs and Windows is looking for a hardworking Gutter Installer to join our in-house gutter crew. This is not a subcontractor position — you'll be a full member of our team, working alongside skilled crew members on residential and commercial gutter installation, repair, and replacement projects throughout the Charleston area. What You'll Do Install seamless and sectional gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on residential and commercial properties Measure, cut, and fabricate gutter materials on-site using a gutter machine Repair and replace damaged or aging gutter systems Ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure fastening for long-lasting performance Work safely at heights using ladders and lifts, following all safety protocols Load, unload, and maintain crew equipment, tools, and the company vehicle Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers on-site Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each project Collaborate with roofing and window crews as needed on multi-trade jobs What We're Looking For No experience required — we provide on-the-job training; prior gutter, roofing, or construction experience is a plus but not necessary Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn hand tools, power tools, and a gutter machine Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Punctual and dependable — ready to work as part of a crew, not alone Reliable transportation to the office (crews meet at office every morning) What We Offer Paid, hands-on training — no experience necessary to start Competitive pay based on experience, with room to grow as your skills develop Steady, year-round work with an established local company Opportunity to grow within the company as part of a dedicated in-house crew Supportive team environment with experienced crew leaders
