Duties Install new roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques according to blueprints and schematics Repair and replace damaged roofing materials, including shingles, metal panels, tiles, and stucco finishes Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to ensure precise installation Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely on construction sites Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry skills to enhance roof sealing and finishing details Conduct restoration work on aging roofs or damaged structures using welding, framing, or masonry methods Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timelines for roofing projects Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on roofing projects Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems Hands-on experience with hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws; power tools including drills and nail guns Knowledge of various roofing materials like metal studs framing, tile laying, stucco application, and concrete forming Experience in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing or remodeling is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship Prior handyman experience or metal stud framing knowledge is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier roofing solutions that stand the test of time!
