Your jobs are booked and dispatched for you. Your truck is stocked. When you get to a job, your focus is the work — diagnose the problem, fix it right, make sure the homeowner is taken care of, and move to the next one. That's the job. We're hiring a Service/Repair Technician who knows their trade, doesn't need supervising in the field, and takes genuine pride in leaving a homeowner's roof better than they found it. What You'll Do Perform residential roofing repairs — shingles, flashing, pipe boots, valleys, gutters, ridge cap, and minor decking Diagnose roof leaks and storm damage on-site; communicate findings clearly to the homeowner and branch office Complete warranty service calls; inspect root cause, perform repairs, and obtain homeowner sign-off Document all work accurately in Jobber — materials, scope, photos, and time on-site Keep your service vehicle stocked, organized, and maintained; submit material replenishment requests proactively Represent Langley Roofing professionally with every homeowner, on every visit You're the Right Fit If… You have 3-5 years of hands-on residential roofing repair experience and can diagnose a leak without being told where to look You work independently and manage your own daily schedule without needing hand-holding You communicate clearly with homeowners — in plain language, with confidence and professionalism You take ownership of job quality; you're not done until the work is right and the homeowner is satisfied You hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and can pass a background check and drug screen Preferred (Not Required) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience with multiple roofing systems — TPO, modified bitumen, metal, or architectural shingle Familiarity with Jobber or similar field service platforms Bilingual English/Spanish What We Bring to You Steady, predictable work.
