Commercial Roofing Technician Location:

College Station, TX and surrounding region

Compensation:

$25/hr - $28/hr + benefits TIello is currently partnered with a growing commercial roofing contractor in their search for a motivated Level I Commercial Roofing Technician to support commercial roofing inspections, maintenance, and repair projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to build their expertise in commercial roofing while working independently and directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Inspect commercial roofing systems and identify deficiencies or potential issues. Troubleshoot and perform roof repairs and maintenance on customer properties. Perform routine and preventative roof maintenance. Safely access and navigate commercial roofs using ladders and other required equipment. Work independently with limited supervision while following safety and quality standards. Serve as a liaison between customers and the technical aspects of roofing projects. Maintain appropriate materials and supplies within project requirements and budgets. Complete accurate and timely project documentation. Help ensure project deadlines and cost targets are met. Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and problems. Support the Maintenance Lead with daily roofing and maintenance activities. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Ability to safely climb ladders and access commercial roofs. Ability to perform basic roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Results-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and general construction. Previous experience in construction, roofing, building maintenance, or a related industry.
