Position Summary:

The lead installer will be responsible for completing or directing to complete a bathroom remodel that is consistent with the quality and standards of the company. You will be responsible for both the demo and install processes, including communication with the customer and keeping the customer's home clean and functional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review project with customer and be prepared to answer any questions or concerns. Manage or perform project demo, install, and finishing work. Ability to transport materials to and from project. Keep customer informed as it relates to their project. Report to construction manager daily on project progress. Maintain company standards with regards to quality and cleanliness. Maintain records of the project.

Must have the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Must have excellent customer service skills, both in person and on telephone. Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions.

Job Requirements:

2-3 years experience in residential construction Experience and proficiency in basic plumbing Experience with solid surface materials. Basic tools required for residential remodeling. Ability to work independently. Must be able to lift and maneuver shower bases, vanities, and cabinets. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and SSN or EIN. Ability to pass a background check.
