The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience with commercial low-slope roofing systems, leak repairs, maintenance, and emergency service work. This individual must be capable of actively assisting with assigned service calls, maintaining professionalism with customers, and taking initiative to learn the trade with the potential of elevating into a future service lead. Responsibilities Assist with commercial roofing service repairs and maintenance work in the field Help diagnose roof leaks and determine proper repair solutions Complete repairs on commercial low-slope roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and related systems Be available after normal business hours for emergency leak calls and urgent service requests Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and internal staff Take job photos and complete service documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service van, tools, and materials Help to identify additional repair needs and communicate findings to management Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times Qualifications Prefer hands-on experience, but willing to train the right individual Prefer experience in commercial low-slope roofing service and repairs required Ability to assist with running service calls and repairs, including after hours emergency requests Prefer knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and commercial repair procedures Ability to safely operate ladders, tools, and roofing equipment Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, eager to learn, and communication skills Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments Must be able to pass a drug test Compensation will be based on overall experience, knowledge, leadership ability, and skill level within commercial low-slope roofing service work. Starting hourly rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
