In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise in framing techniques, blueprint interpretation, and construction management will be essential in delivering quality results efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to large-scale commercial structures, contributing directly to the successful completion of construction endeavors. Duties Read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing projects. Erect stick buildings and install stick stud framing with precision and efficiency. Execute frame carpentry tasks including dimensional measurements, trim carpentry, and drywall installation. Must have tools. Nailer, and compressor. Must know how to read plans and chalk lines Conduct masonry work such as stucco application, plastering, siding installation, and remodeling tasks as needed. No ID required. If you know someone experienced bring them on. Proven experience in stuck building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, and framing carpentry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with blueprint reading, dimensional measurements, drywall installation, siding, stucco application, and remodeling processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations on-site. No ID required.
