Roofing Installer / Crew Needed — Full Roof Tear-Off & Metal Replacement We're looking for an experienced roofing crew or installer for an upcoming residential job. This is a well-defined, guaranteed-price scope — please read the details below before applying.

The Job:

Full tear-off and replacement of a main cabin/house roof Adjacent shed roof (currently shingled) to be replaced to match, same job

Material:

Corrugated or pro-snap metal roofing panels, natural silver finish Sheeting/underlayment replacement included as needed (standard allowance); process in place for handling anything beyond that, confirmed with photos before proceeding Full site cleanup and debris haul-away included Old metal removed during tear-off must be neatly piled and set aside (being saved for the customer's future use — handle with care, do not haul off)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with full roof tear-offs and metal roofing installation (corrugated and/or standing-seam/pro-snap panel experience preferred) Comfortable matching a secondary structure (shed) to the main roof's material and finish Detail-oriented — able to follow a defined material spec without deviation Experience with wood sheeting/decking repair and replacement Comfortable working on rural properties with limited/gated access; reliable transportation required Ability to work efficiently and cleanly, leaving the site fully cleared of debris
