Position Summary:

The Plasterer is responsible for assisting with the installation of interior plaster finishes for residential swimming pools. This position performs hands-on plaster preparation, mixing, application, and surface preparation while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. Candidates with previous stucco or concrete finishing experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Mix and blend interior plaster materials for swimming pool installations according to company specifications and project requirements. Use hand tools to apply, spread, smooth, and finish interior pool plaster. Operate spray wands and related equipment to remove surface plaster and other materials as required. Prepare pool surfaces and work areas for plaster application. Assist plaster crew members and supervisors with daily pool plastering operations. Safely handle and transport plaster materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the project. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and job site requirements. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Typical schedule consists of 10-hour day shifts. Must be available and willing to work overtime as needed. Occasional travel to out-of-town job sites may be required. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education, Licensing, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• Candidates with previous stucco, plaster, concrete finishing, or similar finishing experience are encouraged to apply .
• Experience using hand tools and construction equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Unrestricted lifting ability.
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely handle and transport construction and plaster materials.
