Execute the installation of specialized foundation and soil stabilization products to ensure structural integrity. Prepare project sites by digging holes and operating construction equipment under the direction of the Foreman. Maintain a clean and organized job site to reflect the professional standards of the Childers Brothers brand. Assist the crew foreman with various installation tasks and site preparations to meet project deadlines. Deliver high-quality service and craftsmanship on every residential and commercial project assignment. Follow all safety protocols and instructions to ensure a productive and hazard-free work environment.Required Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to consistently lift and move up to 75 lbs. in a physically demanding field environment. Reliable work ethic with a strong willingness to learn new technical construction skills. Capacity to travel to various job sites and work effectively as part of a specialized field team.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Approximately 1 year of experience in construction, manual labor, or a related field. A background of success in athletics, academics, or extracurricular activities that demonstrates a competitive spirit. Experience operating basic construction machinery or power tools.Compensation & Benefits:
