We are looking for skilled and reliable workers with at least 4 years of hands-on experience installing James Hardie siding and a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, use construction tools safely, follow project specifications, and deliver high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install James Hardie fiber cement siding on residential and commercial buildings. Measure, cut, and properly fit siding materials according to project specifications. Install siding panels, trim, and related components. Use power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Follow construction plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
