Job Summary Roofing & Gutters Project Scope of Work Remove the existing shingle roofing and prepare the entire roof for a new metal roofing system. Install approximately 29-gauge metal roofing over the full roof area. Install required roofing components, including underlayment, drip edge, ridge venting, and related flashing/accessories . Complete all roof penetrations, edges, transitions, and terminations to provide a weather-tight installation. No gutter replacement is required along the front gable section . Properly pitch and secure gutters and downspouts for drainage. Contractor is responsible for safely using ladders, tools, fall-protection equipment, and other equipment required to complete the work. Maintain a clean work area throughout the project and remove roofing debris and installation waste upon completion. Provide before, during, and final photos documenting the work.

Contractor Requirements:

Contractor must follow applicable roofing safety procedures, use proper fall protection, and complete the installation in accordance with manufacturer requirements and standard construction practices.

$3,500.00 per week
