Entry-Level Construction / Millwork Installer American West Construction Group — Full-Time About the Position We're a millwork installation company looking to grow into broader construction work, and we're looking for someone to grow with us. This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week) with frequent out-of-town travel for job sites. No prior experience is required — we're specifically looking for someone who is eager to learn, shows up ready to work, and wants to be trained into the trade. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with cabinet and millwork installation on job sites Learning to read plans, measure, and install trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry Helping with general labor and site prep as needed Traveling to out-of-town job sites (travel days/lodging covered — details discussed at interview) Gradually taking on more responsibility as skills develop, as we expand into other areas of construction What We're Looking For No experience necessary — willingness to learn matters more than a resume Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet most of the day Able and willing to travel out of town for work (sometimes multiple days at a time) Valid driver's license (required for travel to job sites) Good attitude, coachable, and takes direction well Basic tool comfort is a plus but not required — we'll teach you the rest
