What You'll Do Repair commercial and industrial roofing systems Work safely at heights Use tools and materials with precision Follow established processes Support a crew that values efficiency and strong workmanship What We're Looking For Roofing experience strongly preferred Positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn from experienced technicians Reliable and consistent work ethic Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors Valid driver's license + clean record Able to pass background and VDOT checks What You'll Get $18-$22/hour based on experience Medical and dental options 401(k) with profit sharing PTO and vacation Continuing education J.
