Job Description
Priceless Home Improvements is growing our in-house restoration division and is looking for an experienced, dependable Punchout Technician to join our team. We have a strong backlog of residential restoration work and are looking for a skilled craftsman who can handle repair and punchout assignments without needing constant supervision. This is a full-time, year-round position with an established restoration contractor. We are looking for someone who takes pride in workmanship, shows up when expected and knows how to professionally complete repairs inside and outside occupied homes.
Responsibilities include:
Drywall repair, finishing and patchwork Interior and exterior painting Roofing repairs and troubleshooting Siding repairs Trim, fascia and soffit repairs Minor carpentry Caulking and weatherproofing Leak and water-entry troubleshooting Interior restoration repairs Completing insurance restoration punch lists Jobsite cleanup Before-and-after photo documentation Communicating completed work and material needs to management Ideal candidate: 5+ years of home improvement, remodeling or restoration experience preferred Skilled in multiple residential trades Able to diagnose and repair problems instead of simply being given step-by-step instructions Comfortable working from ladders and on residential roofs Professional around homeowners Valid driver's license Reliable truck, van or work-capable vehicle Own basic hand and power tools Reliable attendance Able to provide references English/Spanish bilingual is a major plusCompensation:
$25-$32/hour based on skill and experience Top-level candidates who can independently complete multiple trades will be considered at the top of the range.Schedule:
Monday-Friday with overtime and occasional weekend opportunities based on workload. We are looking for craftsmen—not temporary labor. If you take pride in solving problems, producing clean work and being part of a growing restoration company, we want to talk to you.Pay:
