Key Responsibilities:

Perform roofing repairs on residential properties Install and repair siding, fascia, soffits, and other exterior finishes Assist with carpentry work as needed on various residential projects Conduct site assessments and identify material needs Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Operate company tools and equipment responsibly Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, or carpentry preferred (willing to train) High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments Familiarity with power tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:
