Project Type:
Commercial Roofing Duties Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute roofing plans. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing materials. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations by properly using safety harnesses, ladders, and other safety equipment. Perform roof inspections and identify areas requiring repair or restoration; execute necessary repairs efficiently. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Assist with siding installation, drywall work, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry tasks, and other related construction duties as needed.
