As a Senior Roof Technician you will lead crews, communicate with the Project Manager, train Junior Technicians, monitor job progress, and will manage crew morale and efficiency. We work on all roof types, so you need the skills of a roofing mechanic with years of experience.

This includes:

Low slope and steep slope roof systems (full replacement and small repair) Reading scope documents & driving the project to completion Light carpentry Gutter system and water management Communicate job details to crew and to Project Manager Communicate status, progress and issues to Project Manager Communicate with customers when checking in and checking out of a job Document issues and resolutions Work with software to document work Manage time and materials allocated for each job (finish on time) Identify ways to be more efficient Train your crew and bring them up to Mechanic level Resolve conflict within your crew

Other Qualifications:
